Carved Dread Bead, Antler Dread Bead

This dread bead contains a good amount of my soul.  I turned this bead out of a natural whitetail deer antler that I found in the woods.  Of all my antler, I chose this one for it's beautiful natural grains and textures.  This antler bead has a very unique, filigree raised design that I hand carved with much care and attention to detail.  It is reverse carved so that the filigree lifts out of the design.  I carved this free hand, to give it a very natural, imperfect appearance.
